QratedSoul LLC ("we", "our", or "us") built PrimePop as a mobile game application. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information.

By using PrimePop, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Information We Collect

Information stored on your device only:

• Game progress: Your level, score, settings, and purchase status are saved locally on your device using localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.
• Player name: If you choose to enter a display name in settings, it is stored locally on your device only.

Information collected by third-party services:

• Advertising data: We use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data to serve relevant ads. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
• In-app purchase data: Purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information. See Apple's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.

We do NOT collect:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
• Location data
• Contacts or photos
• Payment or financial information
• Health or fitness data

2. How We Use Information

Local game data is used solely to save your progress so you can continue playing where you left off. We do not transmit, sell, or share any data from the app to our own servers — because we don't have any. PrimePop runs entirely on your device.

3. Third-Party Services

PrimePop uses the following third-party services that may collect data independently:

• Google AdMob — for displaying advertisements. AdMob's data practices are governed by Google's Advertising Policies.
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store — for processing in-app purchases. These platforms handle all payment processing.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services.

4. Advertising

PrimePop displays ads through Google AdMob, including interstitial ads (full-screen ads shown between game rounds) and rewarded ads (optional ads you can choose to watch for in-game rewards). Banner ads may also appear on certain screens.

If you purchase the ad-free unlock ($2.99), all ads are removed from the app. AdMob will no longer be initialized or serve ads after this purchase.

You can manage your ad preferences through your device settings:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads

5. In-App Purchases

PrimePop offers optional in-app purchases including an ad-free unlock and extra lives packs. All transactions are processed securely through Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never receive or store your payment details.

6. Children's Privacy

PrimePop is a math-based educational game suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Since the app does not collect personal information from any user, no special data is gathered from children.

AdMob may serve personalized ads based on device-level data. Parents and guardians can manage ad tracking and personalization through their device settings as described in Section 4.

7. Data Retention

All game data is stored locally on your device. You can delete this data at any time by using the "Reset All Data" option in the app's Settings screen, or by uninstalling the app. We do not retain any data on external servers.

8. Data Security

Since PrimePop does not transmit data to external servers, there is no risk of data breach from our side. Game data stored on your device is protected by your device's own security measures (passcode, encryption, etc.).

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. Since PrimePop stores all data locally on your device and does not transmit it externally, you have full control over your data at all times. You can delete all app data through the in-app settings or by uninstalling the app.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
